Dorothy has been involved in NIACRO for many years. Initially she worked with the joint Save the Children Fund/NIACRO service that was the Crumlin Road Families Centre but also on other initiatives to support prisoners' families. Dorothy has contributed to criminal justice in a range of capacities and before that had a full career in primary education.
